Bo Staff Spins

The Bo Staff Spins are exercises from Martial Arts (Kung Fu) that build speed and strength by using a Staff. Though not really related to Yoga, these exercises are really useful to improve the strength of the arms and the strength and flexibility of the shoulders! They are also quite fun to try as well.

I initially found the techniques on this Youtube video by Jake Mace and then on a Sunday afternoon went out and tried them out.
